Violation of the emergency maks ordinance calls for a fine of up to $500
BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – The Satellite Beach City Council passed an emergency ordinance with a 4-1 vote during a special meeting Monday that will require the wearing of masks in essential businesses and entities in the city. Violation of the emergency ordinance calls for a fine of up to $500 to the individual and a code enforcement violation to the entity.
The lone dissenting vote was cast by Mindy Gibson.
