WASHINGTON D.C. – President Trump announced over social media that he and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for COVID-19.
“Tonight, First Lady and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!”
The announcement comes hours after White House Advisor Hope Hicks tested positive for COVID-19.
President Trump was set to speak in Sanford, Florida, for a campaign rally on Friday.
