BREVARD COUNTY • MERRIT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue  Engine 43 crews responded to a kitchen fire at a residence on Moore Avenue in Merritt Island Friday morning.

According to Brevard County Fire Rescue, there were no injuries and the occupants are being assisted by Red Cross.
