BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police Department VCOPs recently partnered with Walmart to show love to Anchor Care and Rehabilitation residents and staff.

The two groups collaborated and were able to make 112 Valentine bags full of various treats.
