BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard will present the 5th Annual James Bond Themed Gala; MOONRAKER, to benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard.

The fundraising event will be held at the Center for Collaboration in Rockledge, located at 1100 Rockledge Blvd. off US-1 in Rockledge.

MOONRAKER is a Black-Tie Optional, Gala celebration of community leaders engaged as James Bond Contestants competing to raise funds and awareness for the CACB’s programs and services for abused children.

The Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard is the nonprofit organization responsible for raising funds and awareness for the CACB, an organization established in 1996 to improve our community’s response to child abuse and neglect.

“This year we have six fabulous community leaders who have accepted the Special 007 Assignment from the Friends of the CACB,” said Diane Scott of Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard.

The Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard will present the 5th Annual James Bond Themed Gala; MOONRAKER, to benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard.

“Our suave and sophisticated 007 Agents are truly excited about their 007 assignment because they care about the most vulnerable children in our community and are committed to making a difference in their lives.”

In honor of the 5-year anniversary of this extravagant event, the Friends of the CACB have added a twist to the James Bond Contest for the Moonraker Gala. Each Special 007 Agent has been invited to engage their own Ms. Moneypenny for assistance with their 007 Assignment.

Who better to work with our Special 007 Agents than Ms. Moneypenny? Ms. Moneypenny is the tough and sassy secretary to “M”, Sir Miles Messervy, who is Bond’s superior officer and head of the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6).

A former secret agent herself, Ms. Moneypenny has assisted James Bond with several assignments and knows how to complete a mission. Ms. Moneypenny will ensure that each of our Special 007 Agents will succeed with their assignment, but only one team will win the title of Brevard’s Top Bond and Ms. Moneypenny 2021.

The 2021 James Bond Contestants and their Moneypenny:

Special Agent Shane Burgman, Realtor, Carpenter Kessel Real Estate; and Ms. Moneypenny Rebecca Burgman
