Theresa “Terry” Fleming Ferrogine Salvatore, born in Alexandria, Virginia, and raised in Trenton, New Jersey, passed away in Melbourne, Florida, on April 5, 2026, after a courageous battle with illness.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Theresa “Terry” Fleming Ferrogine Salvatore, born in Alexandria, Virginia, and raised in Trenton, New Jersey, passed away in Melbourne, Florida, on April 5, 2026, after a courageous battle with illness.

Terry was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Fleming; her father, Earle Fleming; her mother, Margaret Timko Fleming; her brother-in-law, Douglas J. Hice; her husband’s daughter, Michelle Salvatore (Seth); and her best friend, Marilyn.

What a party everyone is having.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Danielle Huffman, and cherished grandson, Ryan Huffman, who were the center of her world, as well as her husband and longtime love, Ron. Ryan will soon be a proud member of the U. S. Air Force National Guard.

She is also survived by her sister, Patricia Hice; “Chetch” to her nieces Dana Hice DePugh and her husband, Eric DePugh, and Daria Hice Cappucci and her husband, Chris Cappucci; great-nieces Cassidy Catalano-Johnson and her husband Anthony Catalano-Johnson, and Anderson Cappucci; and Ron’s children, Todd Salvatore, Scott Salvatore, and his wife, Kathy, and their children, Michael and Dominick Salvatore.

Terry worked at Littman Jewelers and the New Jersey Department of Transportation and later served as an Administrative Professional at Trenton Motor Express, where she was known for her reliability and steady presence.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society and a former active member of the Lamplighter Village Community Organization. She co-authored the Timko Talk and was a passionate reader, especially of Danielle Steele novels. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and trips to the beach. She loved watching Days of Our Lives.

Terry graduated from Cathedral High School in Trenton.

Terry was strong, generous, and deeply concerned for the people she cared about.

She brought laughter and joy to life, making everyone feel happier just by being near her, always ready with a listening ear and a love for conversation. She will be missed dearly by her family, friends, and her dog, Milo, who was always by her side.

Cremation will be private.
