ABOVE VIDEO: The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T. Team executed a search warrant at 175 Minna Lane in Merritt Island after reports of drug sales taking place at residence.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T. Team executed a search warrant at 175 Minna Lane in Merritt Island after reports of drug sales taking place at residence.

As a result of the warrant, BCSO arrested 27-year-old Mark Weaver from Merritt Island and charged him with two counts of Possession of Cocaine and two counts of Sale and Delivery of Cocaine.

He is being held on a $20,000 bond.

“Number one, Don’t Use Drugs! Number two, Don’t Sell Drugs! And number three, by all means Don’t Use Or Sell Drugs in Brevard County, unless you want your front door kicked in,” said Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey.

“After the occupants of the residence refused to open the door, our S.W.A.T. Team did what they do best…crash open the door and drag the people out!”

Weaver’s initial court date is set for Feb. 26.

As a result of the warrant, BCSO arrested 27-year-old Mark Weaver from Merritt Island and charged him with two counts of Possession of Cocaine and two counts of Sale and Delivery of Cocaine.
