BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast for Brevard County calls for a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, otherwise mostly sunny skies, with a high near 86, and east northeast wind of 5 to 15 mph on Wednesday.

■ Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly clear, with a low around 71. East wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light in the evening.

■ Thursday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east in the afternoon.

■ Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 71. East southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

■ Friday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 88. Southwest wind 5 to 15 mph becoming east southeast in the afternoon.

■ Friday Night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 72. South southeast wind 10 to 15 mph.
