Officers go above and beyond expectation, serve the community with distinction

The Satellite Beach Police Department announced the promotion of Detective Sergeant Anthony Holland to Detective Lieutenant, Patrol/School Resource Officer Matthew Bennett to Patrol/School Resource Corporal, Patrol/School Resource Officer Jason Bergeron to Patrol/School Resource Corporal and Patrol/School Resource Officer Matthew Parker has been promoted to Patrol/School Resource Corporal. BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE, FLORIDA – The Satellite Beach Police Department recently announced the promotion of four officers.

The officers that received promotions include:

■ Detective Sergeant Anthony Holland has been promoted to Detective Lieutenant.

■ Patrol/School Resource Officer Matthew Bennett has been promoted to Patrol/School Resource Corporal.

■ Patrol/School Resource Officer Jason Bergeron has been promoted to Patrol/School Resource Corporal.

■ Patrol/School Resource Officer Matthew Parker has been promoted to Patrol/School Resource Corporal.

“These officers represent the quality of officer that the Satellite Beach Police Department is proud to have among our ranks,” said Satellite Beach Police Department officials.

“They consistently go above and beyond and our expectation is they will continue to serve our community with distinction,
