Eastern Florida State Women’s Basketball Dominates Miami Dade College 86-42 on the Road

The Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball team defeated Miami Dade College on the road Tuesday evening to improve to 2-0 on the season. BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball team defeated Miami Dade College on the road Tuesday evening to improve to 2-0 on the season.

The Titans got out to a big start, leading by 13 after one quarter and 30 at halftime on their way to an 86-42 victory.

Amelia Hassett led the Titans with 16 points and eight rebounds while teammates Elli Garnett and Isimenme Ozzy-Momodu each scored 10 points in the win. L’or Eyeba Mputu finished with seven points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

Eastern Florida State College will play in the Florida Southwestern Classic this weekend, facing John A. Logan College on Saturday and the College of Southern Idaho on Sunday.
