Eastern Florida State Titans Trinity Howard Named Region 8 Softball Pitcher of the Week

Howard went 2-0, allowing three earned runs, walking six and striking out 16
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College softball pitcher Trinity Howard was named the Region 8 Pitcher of the Week for the week ending January 29.
The sophomore from Valrico started two games over the weekend for the Titans, tossing 10 innings in an extra-inning win over Georgia Military and then seven innings against Lake Sumter State College.
For the week, Howard went 2-0, allowing three earned runs, walking six and striking out 16.
It is the first time Howard has been named the Region 8 Pitcher of the Week.
The Titans will play the College of Central Florida Wednesday in the home opener.
The doubleheader will begin at 3 p.m. and will be shown live online on the EFSC Titans YouTube page. Admission is free to games at the Titan Softball Complex on the Melbourne campus.
