PURPLE ALERT UPDATE: Missing Deborah Kuhman, 67, Has Been Located and is Safe

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police officers responded to Holmes Regional Medical Center in the early morning hours of Friday because Deborah Kuhman had left the hospital but did not make it home.
“The family believed Deborah might be lost and hoped we could use our resources to locate her in the area; Deborah was not located at that time,” said a Melbourne police spokesperson.
“At 9:04 a.m., family members of Deborah contacted our agency again. They advised that they were concerned for Deborah’s safety due to her not having access to necessary medication. Det. Frost and Det. Tunink spoke with the family members and determined that a Purple Alert was necessary, and the alert was issued on Friday.
Kuhman is a white female, 67 years of age. She is 5 feet-2 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She has blond hair and hazel eyes and may be wearing glasses. She was last seen in camouflage pants and an unknown-colored top.
Kuhman was last known to be in possession of her 2021 Grey Nissan Rogue, tag number BBR63, with a Cornell University license plate frame. This vehicle may have been in Titusville and/or Indian River County since the first incident was reported.
