BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Want to experience a taste of the Caribbean? The 3rd Annual Flavor Experience event is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, in Historic Downtown Melbourne at The Landing Rooftop, presented by Melbourne Main Street.

Get ready to spice up your weekend with The Flavor Experience, coming up this Saturday night.

Historic Downtown Melbourne at The Landing Rooftop partnered with Melbourne Main Street to help sponsor an unforgettable evening that will transport your taste buds straight to the Caribbean.

 You won’t want to miss this tasty event, featuring live music, artistic performers, and so much more. Hosted on the rooftop of Hotel Melby, overlooking the stunning river and Historic Downtown Melbourne.

The all-inclusive tickets offer a champagne welcome, and expertly crafted drinks paired with each unique Caribbean-inspired dish.

Each food tasting will be infused with unique flavors accompanied by a signature drink, complementing, and enhancing your flavor experience.

This ticketed event will take place at The Landing Rooftop at Hotel Melby, giving guests a birds-eye view of Downtown Melbourne.

During The Flavor Experience, guests will enjoy specially crafted food and drink pairings included with each ticket.

The event will begin at 6:30 p.m.

The Landing Rooftop Chef and staff have carefully selected the tasting menu inspired by the flavors of the following Caribbean countries: Bahamas, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, and Trinidad.

The 3rd Annual Flavor Experience event is scheduled for April 29 in Historic Downtown Melbourne at The Landing Rooftop, presented by Melbourne Main Street.

Guests are encouraged to stroll the rooftop to visit the tasting stations until 9 p.m.

Proceeds from events hosted by Melbourne Main Street, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, are used to advocate for the revitalization of Downtown Melbourne including items such as enhanced lighting, safety, parking, and beautification issues.

In addition, funds will be invested in our efforts to continue hosting special events and to market and promote Downtown Melbourne as the premier destination for dining, celebrations, shopping, interactive experiences, services, and more.
