BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Florida Tech women’s soccer team earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2022-23 academic year.

The USC celebrates the academic achievements of scholar-athletes on an annual basis. The Team Academic Award recognizes men’s and women’s collegiate programs across the country that excel in the classroom.

A team qualifies for the award for posting a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the academic year.

A total of 827 soccer teams earned the award, including 505 women’s soccer programs. The Panthers posted a 3.54 team GPA during the 2022-23 academic year to claim the award.
