OBITUARY: World War II Veteran Edward Wayne Novak, 97, Passed Away Peacefully at Home

Edward Wayne Novak, 97, was called home by the Lord Saturday at his home. He passed peacefully with his daughter Barbara by his side. When he finished his Marines tour, Ed went into the Army in March 1947. He worked as a CID investigator with the rank of Staff Sergeant E7. Ed retired from the military after 23 years in 1967. The Novak family moved to Melbourne, Florida, in 1967, and he was employed by Harris as the Chief of Guards, loving his job there. […]
