BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Pirates boys basketball team defeated the Rockledge Raiders 77-69 in overtime to claim the inaugural 2024 Cape Coast Conference Championship on Monday.

The Pirates have won 7 of their last 8 matchups and currently have a 16-4 overall record under head coach Deuel Fider.

Palm Bay travels to Rockledge on Thursday to face the Raiders again at 7:30 p.m.

“Palm Bay Boys Basketball wants to thank everyone for coming out and making the first CCC tournament championship an amazing experience,” said a PBHS spokesperson.
