BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police announced that K-9 Gunny is retiring.

“As you embark on your well-deserved retirement, the men and women of the MPD want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering dedication and service to our community,” said a Melbourne Police spokesperson.

“As you embark on this new chapter of your life, may it be filled with endless belly rubs, long naps in the sun, and countless adventures alongside your loved ones.
