WATCH: The Friday Night Locker Room’s Steve Wilson talks with 2013 Cocoa Beach graduate, Ja’maal Eveillard. Eveillard lives in Inglewood, California, owns a production company, operates a nonprofit, and is a physical trainer.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – As happens so often, when a young person graduates from high school, we tend to lose contact with them. My broadcasting partner Orville Susong and I still talk about one young man that played football for the Cocoa Beach Minutemen, graduating in 2013. He was that good, his name is Ja’maal Eveillard.

Prior to my Zoom call with Eveillard, the last time I saw him was on the football field when his West Florida Argonauts defeated the Florida Tech Panthers in Melbourne. Eveillard graduated from West Florida in 2019.

I recently had the opportunity to conduct a Zoom call with Eveillard to find out where he is, and what he is doing. He lives in Inglewood, California, and is self-employed as a movie/series producer/photographer.

Eveillard is currently working on a feature film that he hopes will one day make its way onto the big screen.

Cocoa Beach High School graduate Ja’maal Eveillard currently lives in Inglewood, California, and is self-employed as a movie/series producer/photographer and personal trainer. He also founded the nonprofit, ‘MotivateMe The Movement.’ Eveillard is currently working on a feature film that he hopes to one day make its way onto the big screen.

“Dreaming of Reality,” the script for the film, was written by Eveillard. I asked him where the idea came from. He said, “I was home one summer and just watching the sunset. As I was watching the sunset God blessed me with a vision. It all happened within minutes.”

Eveillard is a bright young man. His studio, Fwea Studios, is involved with all things visual, including corporate headshots, corporate video production, drone photography, social media management, and much more.

Physical health is important to Eveillard. He conducts private training and teaches classes at Sweat 60 Gym in Santa Monica, California. After working out with clients, Eveillard told me, “I sneak an hour pumping just to stay on my game!”  He smiled when I told him he has bulked up and now looks like he can play linebacker!

Eveillard not only works hard, but he gives back to his community. He founded the nonprofit, ‘MotivateMe The Movement,’ and told me they, “provide humanitarian aid globally.” He continued, “We are volunteering our time every Friday to basically coach-up kids at an after-school program. It feels great to be able to use our time wisely to make a difference in the community.”

Eveillard is certainly making a difference. Don’t be surprised if we see ”Dreaming of Reality” on the big screen one day. Eveillard is driven to succeed. Whether it’s through Fwea Studios, his nonprofit, MotivateMe The Movement, or his working at the gym, Ja’maal Eveillard will be successful!
