Florida’s 27th Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade and Festival in Palm Bay is set for Sunday, October 6, and sponsored by Gary Yeomans Ford Palm Bay, in partnership with the City of Palm Bay and Eastern Florida College. Once again, this event promises to be an exciting celebration of Hispanic heritage and is the oldest Puerto Rican Day Parade in Florida, attracting thousands of people annually.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Florida’s 27th Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade and Festival in Palm Bay is set for Sunday, October 6, and sponsored by Gary Yeomans Ford Palm Bay, in partnership with the City of Palm Bay and Eastern Florida College.

Once again, this event promises to be an exciting celebration of Hispanic heritage and is the oldest Puerto Rican Day Parade in Florida, attracting thousands of people annually.

This year’s festival will feature live musical performances from Tito Puente Jr who is stopping in Brevard County during his tour to celebrate the 100-year legacy of his father, the world-renowned King of Mambo, Tito Puente.

Other performances from Marcus Hernandez and Orchestra Fuego, JCee Colon, and Zalsa En Control will bring their orchestra’s salsa flavor to the stage to get everyone on their feet! Various local and out-of-state entertainers will perform two orchestras, all styles of Latin music along with Freestyle music.

Food trucks featuring mouthwatering ethnic foods, unique merchandise, artists, vendors, a display of vehicles from our Automotive Sponsor Gary Yeomans Ford Palm Bay, a Health & Wellness self-care area, an automobile and antique car show, businesses and informational community and non-profit organizations and much more all coming together to showcase their efforts and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

Come and enjoy this fun-filled family atmosphere that is a free event to the public and celebrates Hispanic culture, music, dancing, and delicious food.

This year’s parade theme is “Empowering Women,” elevating women’s achievements and participation throughout our society by valuing their contribution to the community, culture, education, arts, family, and the economy. Building a culture of belonging for all women.

We are seeking parade participants, various festival vendors, unique vehicles, classic cars, local businesses, non-profit organizations, as well as corporate partnerships and community sponsors to contribute tax-deductible donations for our event.
