BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers (3-1) are set to host the Viera Hawks (3-2) in prep football action Friday on Space Coast Daily TV.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. Space Coast Daily’s Juan Rodriguez will be on the call.

The Hustlers are coming off a 44-0 win against Foundation Academy last Friday. Last week, MCC’s sophomore wide receiver, Grady Bonenberg, finished with 100 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Overall, the offense finished with 384 all-purpose yards, and the defense finished with 61 total tackles and three sacks.

On the other hand, Viera snapped a two-game losing skid last week after defeating Tohopekaliga 45-8.

The Hawks’ offense shined last week, four wide receivers scored a touchdown and the team finished with 598 all-purpose yards.

The defense held their opponent to just eight points last week after forcing two interceptions. Senior linebacker Dominic Leoni stood out with nine tackles.
