Orlando Man Arrested in Brevard County for Trafficking Cocaine, Possession of Meth

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Some people take the phrase “Go Big or Go Home” and apply it to the wrong situations.
You know, like this guy, Doyle Wilson, who was driving yesterday when Deputy Jared Faber initiated a traffic stop on his vehicle.
Instead of stopping, Wilson continued onto I-95 as I guess he thought that by slowing down to about 30 miles per hour, it would seem like he was pulling over, instead he was actually stalling for time while trying to rearrange a few items in his vehicle without seeming too suspicious.
Eventually Wilson pulled the vehicle over on the side of the road and Deputy Faber was able to talk to him about the traffic stop.
During the conversation it was established that Wilson’s license was suspended, but yet here he was still driving the vehicle.
The vehicle reeked of marijuana and of course, Wilson explained that it was from where he had smoked earlier in the car even though he doesn’t have a medical marijuana card and even if he did, you still can’t smoke it in the car.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, Deputy Faber also observed a small bag containing unknown pills in the car which of course ultimately led to a search of the vehicle, and that’s when things got really interesting.
The inside of Wilson’s car was like Mary Poppins bag, as when Deputies further searched they found multiple bags containing a few of our favorite things.
You know, things like a bag containing approximately 150g of cocaine, another bag had approximately 3.2g of methamphetamine, inside a box was approximately 25g of cocaine, and of course, no drug dealing kit would be complete without numerous small bags associated with the sale of narcotics, 2 digital scales for weighing narcotics, a fake Georgia license in Wilson’s name, 5 cellphones, and a partridge in a pear tree (just kidding about the last one)!!
Like I said, this guy was all about the Go Big or Go Home mantra but instead of going to his own home he got to go to his new home at “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge!!”
At the lodge, Wilson was held on a “No Bond” status for trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, keeping a vehicle for drugs, and possession of a fictitious driver’s license.
And just for good measure we added on a few traffic citations as we also subscribe to the “Go Big or Go Home” concept as well!!
On a bright note, as a guest during the holidays Wilson’s stay includes unlimited access to the communal shower, family style dining in our 1 Star Dining area, a souvenir photo taken at time of check-in, a pair of previously owned shower slides, and a new pen striped suit!!
No, not like the pin-stripped suit you would wear to a business meeting but the type of pen-stripped suit you wear to the pen!!
I’ve said it before, but somehow the memo doesn’t seem to make it to the right people, “if you’re going to do drugs or deal drugs, don’t do it in Brevard County because you’re going to find your way to “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge” after you learn what we mean when we say Mess Around and Find Out!!”
