Christopher Alan Homes Named ‘Builder of the Year’ by Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA — Christopher Alan Homes has been named the 2024 Builder of the Year by the Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association, recognizing the company’s exceptional quality, value and craftmanship.
Additionally, Mike Jaffe, who was recently promoted to vice president of operations for the company’s Florida East Coast division, was installed as the Space Coast HCBA organization president for 2025.

Announced during the Space Coast HBCA’s Hall of Fame induction and holiday gala at the end of 2024, the Builder of the Year honor comes less than two years after Christopher Alan Homes’ expansion to the East Coast. The Fort Myers-based homebuilder began constructing its first spot lot homes in Palm Bay in early 2023.

Jaffe will serve as the Space Coast HBCA’s president throughout 2025. As the organization’s 2024 vice president, he served as a chair and co-chair on many of the organization’s committees and is a volunteer committee member for the Brevard County Building and Construction Advisory Committee.
