The Satellite Beach Police Department announced Avery Rice was located at a home in Melbourne where she was staying with another juvenile.

BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – The Satellite Beach Police Department announced Avery Rice was located at a home in Melbourne where she was staying with another juvenile.

She has returned home safely.

The investigation is ongoing to determine if there will be further charges in this case.
