BREVAR COUNTY, FLORIDA – Hi everyone, welcome to your Cocoa Beach Weekend Surf & Weather Report—where we mix a little surf talk with a little real estate. Living here means the waves are right outside your door, and speaking of real estate, stick around because at the end I’ll share our latest market update. I’m Nikki Freeman—let’s dive into the weekend forecast!

Friday

Friday’s serving up highs in the mid-80s with surf in the 2 to 3 foot range. Conditions will be a little choppy with those northeast winds, but still great for a longboard session or a stroll along the sand.

Saturday

Saturday keeps the fun rolling—surf still about 2 to 3 feet, cleanest in the morning before the breeze and clouds move in. Expect partly sunny skies with a chance of those quick afternoon showers—classic Cocoa Beach style. My tip? Surf in the morning, seafood in the evening.

Sunday

Sunday will be humid with highs in the mid-80s and scattered showers mixing with sun breaks throughout the day. Surf holds steady in the 2 to 3 foot range, with the best shot for cleaner waves coming early.

Wrap-Up & Market Update
