BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Crosswinds Youth Services has announced the winners of the 27th Annual Great Brevard Duck Race, held Saturday afternoon and streamed live on Space Coast Daily.
The Halloween-themed fundraiser once again brought the community together for a “quack-scary” good time — raising crucial funds to support youth in crisis across Brevard County.
Thousands of rubber ducks raced toward the finish line, each representing a $10 adoption that helps provide emergency shelter, meals, counseling, and care for children and teens served by Crosswinds Youth Services.
This year’s lucky winners are:
Grand Prize — Derrick Hall
An all-expenses-paid Carnival Cruise for two, including world-class dining, entertainment, and tropical destinations — courtesy of Carnival Cruise Lines.
1st Prize Melody DeCaro
Professional DJ Service. Complete with music mixes, cutting edge light effects that brings the party to life courtesy of Russ DJ Services.
2nd Prize — Bernard Leto
A full season of performances at the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse, featuring Broadway-style productions and community talent.
3rd Prize — Anthony Campbell
A full Beauty Refresh Package, including a day of pampering with professional hair, manicure, pedicure, and eyelash services — courtesy of Rejuvenation Station 321 and Beauty by Karma 321.
4th Prize — Jeannetta Johnson
An unforgettable helicopter ride for three over scenic Brevard County, courtesy of Wings of Grace Ministries.
5th Prize — Troy Lotane
A Sip & Paint experience for four, including materials, refreshments, and creative fun — courtesy of Cups, Covins, and Canvases.
The event’s grand prize and other awards highlighted the generosity of local sponsors and community partners who continue to support Crosswinds’ mission.
