WATCH: SpaceX Launches Rocket on Foggy Friday Morning from Cape Canaveral

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket carrying 29 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit early Friday morning from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

The mission marked the 30th flight for the veteran first-stage booster, continuing SpaceX’s record-setting reuse program. The booster previously supported a variety of missions, including CRS-24, Eutelsat HOTBIRD 13-F, OneWeb 1, SES-18, SES-19, and numerous prior Starlink deployments.

Following a successful stage separation, the Falcon 9’s first stage executed a controlled descent and landed safely aboard the “A Shortfall of Gravitas” droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean, completing another precise recovery operation.

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 is targeting the launch of 29 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit for Friday morning from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.
