BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Welcome to another edition of “Meth Around and Find Out” where today we talk about Owen Reilly-Evans who was the target of a recent joint operation between the BCSO Special Investigations Unit and our great partners at the Drug Enforcement Administration.

This case actually started back in November 2025 when our agency received information that Evans was a significant supplier of methamphetamine and counterfeit pills.

As our Agents began to look into his activities, we organized the purchase of $1,000 worth of counterfeit Adderall pills.

The scary part is that Evans and his little drug trafficking friends were pressing these “Adderall” pills to look just like prescriptions pills, yet they contained meth.

Well anyways, on the day of the scheduled meet up, Evans only produced $300 worth of the pills, but offered to meet up on a later date to sell us some meth as well.

The deal was subsequently completed and Agents made the purchase of $300 for 266 pills which weighed approximately 110 grams and field tested positive for Meth.

As you might imagine, an arrest warrant was written for Owens and our Agents went out and snatched him up so he could sit behind bars which is exactly where drug dealers belongs.

This was yet another great investigation by our Agents in partnership with DEA as we all work to keep our community safe.

I want to personally thank Agent Josh Ellison and everyone who put in all of the hard work on this investigation, getting the drugs and drug dealers off our streets and behind bars.
