BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office announced on Tuesday that they have arrested two suspects in a Animal Abuse case.
The suspects arrested are Curtis Leonard Shipley and Dixie Ethel Weeks from Brevard County.
The case began when construction workers were alerted by the dogs conditions while working at the home.
The four dogs were found in horrible conditions, infested with fleas, skinny and had very little hair on them, according to Sheriff Ivey.
The bond is set for $38,000 for Shipley and Weeks.
