Eastern Florida State College Women’s Golf Team Ranks Fourth in National Ranking

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA — The Eastern Florida State College women’s golf team is ranked fourth in the Scoreboard NJCAA Division I National ranking released Wednesday.
The women’s golf team is coming off a second-place finish at the Oldfield Intercollegiate in South Carolina and has finished in the top four of each tournament this season.
Freshman Mila Tang moved up to No. 2 in the national individual ranking after winning her second individual title at the Oldfield Intercollegiate on Tuesday. Tang has won twice and finished sixth overall in the three tournaments.
In the national rankings, teammates Ann Burel and Jenna Barnett are ranked 19th and 20th.
The Titans will be back in action on April 7-8 at the North Georgia Brackett Challenge, the final regular-season tournament.
Eastern Florida State College will host the Southeast District Lady’s Championship on April 14-15 at Duran Golf Club in Viera.
