BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA — Merritt Island Moose Lodge 2073 will open its doors Aug. 30 for a public concert by a fun-loving trio of tribute artists who will channel the sound and antics of the original Rat Pack.
On Saturday, August 30, Allengang Entertainment will present The Rat Pack Swingers: A Tribute to Frank, Dean & Sammy at 7:30 p.m. at the Merritt Island Moose Lodge, 3150 N. Courtenay Parkway in Merritt Island.
They were the hottest ticket on the Las Vegas strip all through the 1950s and 1960s. From casino stages in The Sands, The Stardust, and The Desert Inn, the ‘Rat Pack of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. sang, danced, and joked their way into American entertainment history.

The tuxedo-clad Rat Pack Swingers will perform together and separately, delighting the audience with songs such as ‘That Old Black Magic,’ ‘Come Fly Away,’ ‘That’s Why the Lady is a Tramp,’ ‘Ain’t That a Kick in the Head,’ ‘That’s Amore,’ ‘Mr. Bojangles,’ ‘Candy Man’ and many more. A four-piece band will accompany the trio.
Tickets for The Rat Pack Swingers: A Tribute to Frank, Dean & Sammy are $30 and $40, available through www.ShowTickets.live. Seating for the performance is at round tables of eight persons. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the full liquor bar. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. For more information about the show, call 407-252-3536.

The original Rat Pack entertainers left an indelible imprint on Las Vegas and Hollywood. Their extravagant excesses, legendary love for martinis, partying and beautiful showgirls were all part of an act that challenged the separation of fact from fiction. Known for their charm, talent, and wild lifestyle, the trio helped define ‘cool’ for a generation.
Stan Allen, show promoter and CEO of Allengang Entertainment, knows The Rat Pat Swingers are a tribute group that can truly provide a concert experience worthy of Frank, Dean and Sammy.
“This is another one of our popular five-star tribute shows,” said Allen. “Of course, the guys sound just like Frank, Dean and Sammy, but they also crack a lot of jokes and have fun with the whole audience and each other. It’s an incredibly fun night.”
Allengang Entertainment will be bringing additional tribute shows to Merritt Island Moose Lodge 2073 in the months ahead.
Upcoming performances include tributes to Fleetwood Mac, along with the Atlantic City Boys take on Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, the Beach Boys, and the Bee Gees; a Yacht Rock concert of soft rock from the ’70s and ’80s, and a special holiday performance.
The Moose Lodge venue boasts a 7,200 square foot ballroom with new stage lighting and a state-of-the-art sound system.

ABOUT THE RAT PACK SWINGERS
Let’s fly away to Vegas, Baby. These three Rat Pack crooners will take you back to the good old days of Vegas casino shows. Dressed in tuxedos and singing the songs of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr., these jokesters are the life of the party.
Pete Zicky as Frank Sinatra – Growing up in the Garden State of New Jersey, Peter was bitten by the theater bug at an early age, and has jumped at each opportunity to entertain. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rider University and Westminster Choir College, Peter’s passion for performing has quite literally taken him around the world. From residing and performing for Universal Studios in Japan for over a year, to cruising the globe in many Broadway style shows, Peter is grateful for seeing so much of the world while doing what he loves. Within the U.S., he has performed in touring shows and the many stages at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida. He currently resides in Davenport, Florida with his beautiful wife Ashley and their fur baby, Libby.
Sean Gerrity as Dean Martin— Growing up in the 1980s, Sean Gerrity had the best of both worlds. He had the influence of MTV, along with and grandparents who knew jazz greats like Dizzy Gillespie, Erskine Hawkins and Count Basie. Starting with saxophone and later drums, Sean didn’t discover his voice until college. Making the jump from collegiate show choir to a full time position as a principal vocalist at Walt Disney World in 1999, Sean has never looked back. From Carnegie Hall to the Grammys, Vegas to London and all across the high seas, Sean has used his love of music to see the world. He resides in Celebration, FL with his wife and two children, where they run a nonprofit center for performing arts education for children.
James Martin Roberts as Sammy Davis Jr. — James Martin Roberts discovered a love for Big Band Era music while still in high school. He began performing as a Nat King Cole impersonator, before going on to discover “The Rat Pack.” He quickly developed a passion for their amazing melodies, clever banter, and immense talents. Hired by the Walt Disney World Corporation in 1999 as a principal performer in Festival of the Lion King, Martin went on to work for the company for 15 years while also performing in shows like: American/Epcot Vybe, Playhouse Disney, and Finding Nemo the Musical, among others. Nowadays, he enjoys performing with wedding bands as well as an Orlando Motown revue (O-town Motown). In the summers, he enjoys announcing for the Macon (Georgia) Bacon, a college summer league baseball team. He is thrilled to be paying tribute to The Rat Pack with his “Rat Pack Swingers” brethren!
