WATCH: SpaceX Launches Falcon 9 Rocket Carrying Starlink Satellites From Cape Canaveral

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – SpaceX successfully launched another batch of Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit on Sunday, marking another milestone in the company’s ongoing effort to expand its global broadband internet constellation.

The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, carrying 28 Starlink satellites.

This flight marked the 31st mission for the veteran first-stage booster — a record-setting reuse that highlights SpaceX’s continued innovation in rocket recovery and reusability. The booster has an impressive history, having previously supported high-profile missions such as CRS-22, Crew-3, Crew-4, Turksat 5B, and 19 other Starlink launches.

After stage separation, the Falcon 9’s first stage executed a successful landing on the droneship A Shortfall of Gravitas, stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. The precise landing ensures that the booster can be refurbished and prepared for yet another flight in the near future.

With Sunday’s launch, SpaceX continues to expand the Starlink network, which now includes thousands of satellites in orbit, providing high-speed internet access across remote and underserved regions worldwide.
