BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – I’m very proud to announce Sexual Assault Victim’s Advocate Christina Vinson was selected by the FCASV (Florida Council Against Sexual Violence) to receive the 2016 Elizabeth Knake Outstanding Advocate Award.

Presented annually, the award recognizes an advocate who embodies a commitment to providing outstanding victim-centered and victim-supportive services.

Jennifer Dritt, Executive Director, Florida Council Against Sexual Violence, delivered the following remarks when presenting the award:

“For almost 20 years, Christina Vinson has been an exceptional advocate on behalf of survivors,” said Dritt.

He has won the annual State Attorney Pride In Excellence award twice, the Brevard County Bar Association 2010 Government Attorney Professionalism Award, the Community Partner Award from the Seminole County Bar Association, the 2013 Crimeline State Attorney Award and most recently 2014 Crimeline Dr. Robert Doering Award.
