Palm Bay police investigators are seeking the arsonist that torched the playground equipment at Twin Lakes Park in the early morning hours of Thursday. Police said that the playground equipment at the park located on Bianca NE was set ablaze around 3 a.m. and completely destroyed. The total loss is estimated at $75,000. BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay police investigators are seeking the arsonist that torched the playground equipment at Twin Lakes Park in the early morning hours of Thursday.
