BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA — Marlene Nelson, 67, of Melbourne, FL passed away on March 8, 2012 in Rockledge, Florida.
She was a resident of Manassas, Virginia for 30 years where she was the Owner of the Charles Russell Beauty Salons, moving to Melbourne in 2000 from Manassas, Virginia.
She was a member of the Palmdale Presbyterian Church and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
Survivors include her husband Donald L. Nelson of Melbourne, sons Don (Patrica) of Manassas, Virginia and Andy (Juhaina) of Ft. Hood, Texas, 5 grandchildren, a mother Milford Dunbar of Virginia Beach, Virginia, brothers Mitchell (Linda) Dunbar of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Delton Dunbar of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Jay (Rita) Dunbar of Williamsburg, Virginia.
She was predeceased by her father John and brother Colley and her stepfather John R. Watkins.
Memorial services will be Friday March 16th at 10:30 a.m. at the Palmdale Presbyterian Church.
