Bramson Officially Promoted To Rank of Lieutenant

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue held a swearing-in and promotion ceremony today at the Commission Chambers, Building C of the Government Center in Viera.

Twenty-one new members were sworn in by Fire Chief Larry Collins after receiving their badges.

The recruits successfully completed the department’s 10-week orientation where they were evaluated with both written and hands-on evaluations to ensure proficiency and skill advancement. 

Each member has been released to full duty and will begin a one year probationary period.
 
During the ceremony, Michael Bramson was officially promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.  Bramson has been with the department since 2002.  Lt. Bramson will be assigned to C-shift as a floating lieutenant.
