Seventh Recruit For New Season
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Brevard Community College men’s basketball head coach Jeremy Shulman has signed his seventh recruit for the 2012-13 season, 6-foot, 3-inch guard Luka Pajkovic who is transferring from NCAA Division I Mississippi Valley State.

Pajkovic, from Belgrade, Serbia, joins Malcolm Carney, T.J. Dunans, Mike Kirkland, Jordan Smith, Ben Patrick and Devontay Clark as Titans newcomers.
“We are very excited to welcome Luka to the Brevard family,” Shulman said. “Luka comes from a great program at Mississippi Valley State, where he got great coaching from Coach Sean Woods, and went to the NCAA tourney last year as a freshman.
“Luka is a big, strong, physical guard who can absolutely shoot. He is a fantastic kid, and will be a great fit here at Brevard.”
Pajkovic averaged 2.8 points per game in 8.3 minutes per game last for Mississippi Valley State with a season high 16 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals against Alcorn State including four of five three-pointers.
BCC, which won 18 and 21 games respectively in Shulman’s first two seasons, opens the 2012-13 campaign on Oct. 6 at the Tallahassee Jamboree.
