“We stayed at the International Palms on August 18th. The staff was more than accommodating, and the check-in and out was quick and efficient. The Beach Front room on the third floor was immaculate and the decor was new and up to date.

The pool had very nice furniture and was the perfect temperature. We were hesitant to book a room after reading the Trip Advisor comments and are glad we gave the International Palms a try. My husband and I went over to the beach for a friend’s birthday celebration. Our friend booked everyone’s room through a booking site. My husband and I saw that the resort had really nice suite rooms and preferred to stay in one of these larger rooms but the booking site wouldn’t try to accommodate our request. Once I was able to speak to the staff at the resort, they were very pleasant to work with and we were able to upgrade to one of the suites.
The pools were great, the food was good, the staff was pleasant to work with and our celebration weekend was one that will be remembered with fond memories.
It was such a nice and spacious rooms and our overall stay was nothing like the reviews written about this property. We were a little apprehensive after reading some of them but when we arrived and saw the place, met the staff and checked into our suite we were much relieved that the reviews were misrepresenting the resort. We will definitely be returning and recommending this location to our friends and family. The pools were great, the food was good, the staff was pleasant to work with and our celebration weekend was one that will be remembered with fond memories.
