Sharing the microphone with A1A’s veteran radio DJ Timmy Vee, new co-host Elaina will provide a wealth of talent and a fresh female perspective to Brevard County’s #1 Hit Music Station.

Cumulus Vice-President and Market Manager Pete DeSimone said Elaina will bring a fresh approach to the A1A morning show.

“Listeners will love Elaina’s natural upbeat personality and quick wit which will come in handy as she builds her relationship with Timmy Vee,” DeSimone said

A1A Program Director Terry Simmons agreed.

“Elaina comes to us from one of the top morning shows in San Diego and we are very excited to have her join Timmy Vee for mornings on A1A,” Simmons said. “They will be a great team that takes A1A to a new level. It’ll be awesome.”

Elaina will be new to Florida.

Hailing from California, she graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies.

After a stint with Entertainment Tonight, Elaina joined San Diego’s number one morning radio program where she was nicknamed “The Mexican Leprechaun.”

She is, well, slightly vertically challenged.

Elaina is known for her bubbly personality, activeness in the community, singing, social networking, and her love of all things Disney.

She can be heard weekday mornings from 6 to 10 a.m on 107.1 A1A (WAOA-FM).
