Update: Detectives Seeking Woman’s Killer In Cocoa

Another Man Airlifted To Hospital
BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Homicide detectives are at the scene of a murder that happened Sunday morning in Cocoa.
Cocoa police have confirmed that a 70-year-old woman died at her home in the 1300 block of Fiske Boulevard.
A church volunteer who arrived at the home about 9 a.m. Sunday to pick the woman up and transport her to the church was subsequently attacked as he knocked on the woman’s front door.
The church volunteer was airlifted to a trauma center with serious injuries.
It is not been made public how the woman was killed or how the man was injured.
The names of the victims also have not been released.
Apparently the woman’s car was taken in the incident and police are asking the public to be on the lookout for it.
It is a dark green Ford Focus with Florida license plate N74 4PU.
An autopsy will be performed Monday to determine the victim’s cause of death.
