BREVARD COUNTY • SATELLITE BEACH, FLORIDA – Harvard University-trained dentist Merrill Grant has devoted his career to giving patients healthy smiles.
“Dr. Grant is very precise and meticulous,” said Michele Hulmes, treatment coordinator. “Patients compliment Dr. Grant on his technical excellence and on his artistic skills in cosmetic dentistry.”
Grant has provided high quality dental care in Satellite Beach for 20 years. He is known for exceptional skill in preventive dentistry, and is also highly accomplished in cosmetic dentistry.

The office frequently receives referrals from physicians, due in part to Grant’s skill at periodontic and restorative work.

Grant began his career in dentistry in Pennsylvania, earning a doctorate in dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh. He then served his country as a Captain in the United States Air Force.
While on active duty, Grant was stationed at Patrick Air Force Base. He has earned more than 3,000 hours of continuing education, including postgraduate study in dental implants at Harvard University. He completed a postgraduate program at Harvard in 1989.

“We offer many forms of dentistry under one roof — preventative, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry,” said Grant. “We have a technology-rich office, and rarely have to refer out.”
Dr. Merrill Grant is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Atlantic Coast Research Institute, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In addition, he is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Customized treatment plans are designed for every patient and Grant carefully reviews options with every client and ensures that patients are true partners in their treatment.
Grant is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Atlantic Coast Research Institute, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In addition, he is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He also works with the charitable “Give Back a Smile” program through American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
“I am very fortunate to work in such a rewarding field,” said Grant. “My favorite part of the job is that patients sometimes say we ‘gave them back their smile’.”
