Sheriff’s Office Seeks Owners of Recovered Property

Sheriff’s Agents Arrest James Joshua England and Vincent Matthew Tumminia On Burglary Charges
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Agents arrested James Joshua England and Vincent Matthew Tumminia after investigating a residential burglary on April 19 in the Melbourne – Suntree area.
According to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, England, 20, and Tumminia, 20, both of Suntree, were charged with dealing in stolen property, occupied residential burglary and grand theft charge. Both were transported to the Brevard County Jail, where England is detained on a no bond status and Tumminia has since been released on bond.
The investigation led to the search of their homes, where a large amount of property related to residential and vehicle burglaries was seized.
It is believed that the property relates to burglaries that occurred in the Melbourne – Suntree area between January 2013 and April 2014.
SHERIFF’S AGENTS NEED ASSISTANCE TO ID STOLEN PROPERTY
The recovered property includes global positioning devices, televisions, bicycles, power tools, laptop computers, watches, gaming systems, games and sunglasses.
While most of the recovered property has been matched to specific burglary victims, agents need assistance in identifying the owners of the remaining property.
