UCFKNIGHTS.COM — UCF fans were out in full force to watch as Blake Bortles, Storm Johnson and Sean Maag officially made their debuts in NFL jerseys earlier this month.

More than 2,000 spectators attended the session, jamming the stands and open sidelines.

And the media contingent was one of the highest the Jaguars had seen for a rookie mini-camp.

In all, UCF has seven Knights from the 2013 roster heading to rookie camps with NFL clubs.

That includes offensive lineman Jordan McCray (Green Bay), Justin McCray (Tennessee) and Chris Martin (Houston) and wide receiver Jeff Godfrey (Houston).

UCF, PENN STATE AGREE TO KICK OFF 2014 IN IRELAND 

CROKE-PARK-CLASSIC-300UCF and Penn State, in conjunction with the Gaelic Athletic Association, will travel across the Atlantic Ocean to open the 2014 football season.

The Croke Park Classic is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET Saturday, Aug, 30, 2014, in Dublin, Ireland, and will air on ESPN2.

The announcement was made during the GAA Leinster Football Finals at Croke Park with members of each institution present, including UCF Vice President and Director of Athletics Todd Stansbury and Head Coach George O’Leary.
