Officials praise Norman’s long-standing leadership at Duran Golf Club, Vinci’s creativity and dedication to community engagement

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — The Viera Company has announced two promotions as part of recent organizational changes designed to support leadership’s efforts to continue increasing efficiencies within its real estate operations.
The promotions include Andrew Norman to Director of Agronomy at Duran Golf Club and Dana Vinci to Director of Community Management and Communications for The Viera Company.
Norman has spent the past 21 years working in the turfgrass department, serving in positions including Assistant Superintendent and Golf Course Superintendent.
Before joining the Duran Golf Club, Norman earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management from the University of Florida.
In his new role, Norman will focus on maintaining Duran’s Audubon Society certification and ensuring the golf club remains a premier golf destination. He will continue reporting to Jeff Von Eschen.

Dana Vinci joined The Viera Company four years ago as Community Management and Communications Manager. In her expanded role, Vinci will oversee management of the Viera Discovery Center and staff.

Prior to joining The Viera Company, Vinci owned a business focused on marketing and events consulting and also served as a franchise owner of Overtime Athletics.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Florida.
Vinci will continue reporting to Eva Rey.

“Her experience in communications and event planning, combined with her strong leadership abilities and dedication to Viera, make her exceptionally well-suited for this expanded role overseeing the Viera Discovery Center. The Viera Company manages commercial and residential development of the company’s non-agricultural property and serves as the developer of the master-planned community of Viera.
Its operations include Viera Builders, Viera Pools and Outdoor Living, Viera Commercial Properties, Duran Golf Club, and Addison Village Club.
