Palm Bay Police Seek Commercial Burglary Suspects

Detectives with the Palm Bay police Special Operations Division are currently investigating a complaint regarding the alleged theft of campaign signs.
Palm Bay Police detectives are currently attempting to identify at least two individuals who are believed to be responsible for three commercial burglaries overnight.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Police detectives are currently attempting to identify at least two individuals who are believed to be responsible for three commercial burglaries on Tuesday night.

In one case the suspects are seen on surveillance video smashing the front glass doors of the business and stealing cash from the register.

Three incidents have been reported so far. They are at the following locations:

• Happy Gardens Restaurant, 2099 Palm Bay Road
• The Hong Kong Restaurant, 5270 Babcock Street
• Eli’s West Indian Grocery, 5108 Minton Road

In each case the suspects smashed the front glass doors with a brick, entered the business, stole cash from the register and fled. They were in and out in less than two minutes.

The suspects were covered from head to toe and are believed to be using a white older model Hyundai Santa Fe.

The incidents began occurring at approximately 2 a.m. Detectives are working with other law enforcement agencies to determine if additional cases occurred that may not have been reported.
