The loss of Fidgi Haig – friend, colleague, coach and mentor to so many – will always leave a mark on our hearts.
Fidgi, who passed away on April 16 at age 47, was the type of person who never met a stranger and spent his life contributing his time and sharing his wisdom with others.
As a community made richer by the gift that was Fidgi, his friends ask you to consider offering to a trust fund for his children to help support their academic, athletic and other pursuits.
A special thanks goes to Kalli Kamholz, who did most the leg work for this project.
Most importantly, readers should know no amount is too small as 100 percent of the donations are for the kids.
Please note we do not have a specific goal in mind. We are thankful for all and any contributions.
“On the death of a friend, we should consider that the fates through confidence have devolved on us the task of a double living, that we have henceforth to fulfill the promise of our friend’s life also, in our own, to the world.” – Henry David Thoreau
