Titusville Police Detectives Bust Suspect In Multiple Vehicle Burglaries

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police Detectives arrested a suspect in connection with the recent influx of vehicle burglaries in South Titusville and the Vista Terrace area.

According to Titusville police spokesperson Amy Matthews, Jonathan Louis Young, 33, of Titusville, was arrested on June 25 and charged with Burglary and Fraud.

TPD Detectives received citizen tips reporting of a suspicious van in their neighborhood, which was owned by the suspect.

According to Matthews, the investigation revealed that the suspect has been on a four month burglary spree in the area and was responsible for multiple vehicle burglaries and the use of a stolen credit card.

Young was arrested and booked at the Brevard County Jail.
