BREVARD COUNTY • VIREA, FLORIDA – Both Brevard County Fire Rescue paramedics from Station 48 are OK after being involved in a traffic collision at the intersection of Viera Boulevard and Stadium Parkway on Friday night at about 10 p.m., according to BCFR.

Eight people, including the two Brevard County Fire Rescue paramedics, were hurt in the crash that included a fire rescue vehicle and SUV.

Two of the SUV occupants were were airlifted, and two SUV victims were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Currently, there is no report on their condition.

The incident is under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
