By Space Coast Daily // August 11, 2015

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – In an effort to continue to provide excellence in police customer service and community relations the police department has launched an online survey soliciting feedback from the public.
The goal of the survey is to identify public opinions about police response in the city of Palm Bay and potential areas where the department can improve.
“Our mission is to connect, serve and impact in a meaningful way,” said Chief Mark Renkens.
“We want to know how we’re doing and how we can improve and that takes input from the public we serve. We encourage our residents to respond and provide us with honest feedback.”
