Fares start at $149 each way
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Elite Airways LLC announced that tickets for non-stop flights between Portland International Jetport (PWM) and the Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB) are now available at Eliteairways.com.
Scheduled service will begin on December 18, 2015 on Fridays and Mondays into the Orlando Melbourne International Airport, which serves Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and world-class Orlando theme-parks and attractions.
Fares start at $149 each way and include the first checked bag for free, no change fees to re-book a later fight, plus complimentary on-board beverages and snacks. Elite Airways is also pet-friendly.
Northbound flights leaving Orlando Melbourne International will depart at 10 a.m. and arrive in Portland at 1 p.m.
Southbound flights leaving Portland will depart at 2 p.m. and arrive at Orlando Melbourne at 5 p.m.
This new service route is part of Elite Airways’ expansion plans to provide high-quality, “Elite Class” jet service between Florida and the Northeast.
Earlier this month, the company announced non-stop service between New York City/Newark (EWR) and the Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB), home to millions of seasonal visitors each winter.
“As a Maine-based business, we appreciate that winters can be long and cold—so this new leisure traveler route makes it convenient and affordable for a family vacation to Orlando, Cocoa Beach, or a cruise out of Port Canaveral,” said John Pearsall, President of Elite Airways.
“We believe there is solid demand for non-stop service between Maine and Florida, and we thank the airport teams at the Portland Jetport and Orlando Melbourne International for their support and cooperation.”
