Cocoa Police Investigators Seek Identity of Theft, Credit Card Fraud Suspect

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Detectives with the Cocoa Police Criminal Investigations Division are seeking information that will help identify a woman wanted in connection with theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. 

According to Public Information Officer Yvonne Martinez, the theft was reported on Friday when a woman reported her wallet missing from her purse which was left unattended at a local thrift store.

Further investigation revealed the suspect using a credit card she obtained from the stolen wallet, according to Martinez.

The woman, which is seen on surveillance video, is a black female, has a large build, and is wearing a black t-shirt depicting the words that appear to read “#ImNoAngel.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Central Florida CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous and can be eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000 in this case.
